Please double check the following points:
 
 - Did you submit the form?
 - Hasn't the email delivered in your spam folder?
 - Has it been a couple of days?; As we're manually sending out emails, it might take up to 2 days for you to receive an email from us.

If none of these apply to your case, please resend the sign-up form again, or contact us via email (cdsfr.2021@gmail.com).

Is it compulsory to sign up with my actual name?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. If you're not comfortable sharing your actual name with us, it's completely fine for you to use a fake name. However, please come up with something that sounds like an actual name - for example, please avoid names such as "123" or "abcde" to avoid confusion.

How can I sign up for your webinar?

Question 4

I've finished signing up - what happens next?

Accepted Answer

After you finish submitting the form, you will receive an email from us within a couple of days. It will include the zoom link and password, so please save or star it so you don't lose it before the event. If you did lose the email, don't worry we got you - we will also send a reminder email to everyone the day before. On the webinar day, enter the zoom room with the link and password, with your microphone muted (compulsory) and your camera on (optional but strongly recommended).

Am I eligible to join the webinar?

Absolutely yes.

We're mainly targeting high school students and college students, but anyone is very welcome to join our webinars.

However, please note that the webinar is going to be held all in Japanese. As it is highly likely that scientific terms will be used, we would recommend to have a certain level of Japanese proficiency.

Does my parent have to attend too?

Your parent is not required to attend to our webinars with you. However, if he/she does wish to do so, he/she is very welcome to join our webinars with you.
