After you finish submitting the form, you will receive an email from us within a couple of days. It will include the zoom link and password, so please save or star it so you don't lose it before the event. If you did lose the email, don't worry we got you - we will also send a reminder email to everyone the day before. On the webinar day, enter the zoom room with the link and password, with your microphone muted (compulsory) and your camera on (optional but strongly recommended).

We're mainly targeting high school students and college students, but anyone is very welcome to join our webinars.
However, please note that the webinar is going to be held all in Japanese. As it is highly likely that scientific terms will be used, we would recommend to have a certain level of Japanese proficiency.
